Bridport Local Business Awards 2020 – enter now!
Bridport Business, the Federation of Small Businesses and Marketing West SW Ltd are delighted to announced the first Bridport Local Business Awards 2020.
Entry forms are now available for the free-to-enter Awards.
The categories are:
- Best Community Window Display
- Best Internal Layout/Displays
- Most Helpful Member of Staff
- Best Community Involvement
- Most Welcoming Business
- Most Welcoming Telephone Manner
- Best Customer Service
- New Business of the Year
- Retail Business of the Year
- Service Provider of the Year
- Catering/Restaurant/Pub of the Year
Businesses can enter as many categories as they like and judging is completely independent, based on the entry form and a “mystery shopper” visit or telephone call by a third-party provider.
Entries must be submitted by the closing time and date of 5pm on Monday 6 January 2020.
The Awards will be presented at a lunchtime ceremony in early March 2020.
The Bridport Local Business Awards are open to local businesses trading within the town. For more information contact Marketing West.
Hard copies of the entry forms are available from Wednesday, 13 November 2019 at the following Bridport businesses: Footeprints, Bridport Tourist Information Centre, Porter Dodson and the Taj Mahal Restaurant.

There are opportunities to sponsor the Award categories and the Awards Ceremony Reception at prices from £250 to £500. Sponsors will be included on all promotional material including PR, social media and the awards ceremony programme.
